The STIHL FSA 80 R cordless brushcutter offers excellent cutting performance , making it ideal for quick and easy lawn mowing or edging on smaller areas of your garden . This powerful brushcutter from the STIHL AK system is so quiet that you can use it without hearing protection, even in noise-sensitive areas .
The compact design of the very well-balanced STIHL FSA 80 R and the wraparound handle with soft grip component allow for flexibility while mowing and a high degree of freedom of movement when mowing between trees and bushes and in other tight spaces . Thanks to the quick-release system, you can easily adjust the handle to your height, ensuring an ergonomic working posture at all times.
Depending on the application, the brushless EC motor can be adjusted directly on the handle using a variable speed control with two speed settings . Select a lower speed in ECO mode (level 1) , for example, for simpler tasks such as trimming lawn edges. This reduces energy consumption and extends battery life . For more demanding tasks, such as mowing dense grass, you can use the full speed of the STIHL FSA 80 R by simply switching to level 2 using the slide switch. The speed automatically adjusts to the attached cutting tool and is infinitely variable .
The STIHL FSA 80 R comes standard with the STIHL AutoCut 27-2 cutting head. Additional cutting tools are available as options. The practical hanging loop , for example for the standard STIHL single carrying strap, can be adjusted to your height without tools. The hanging loop allows you to hang the STIHL FSA 80 R on the wall.
