The STIHL FSA 70 R offers exceptional convenience thanks to the Rapid Click system , which allows you to easily and quickly remove the cutting head at the touch of a button. Advanced EasySpool makes rewinding the cutting head with new line easy, even when holding it in your hand .
Depending on the application, the brushless EC motor can be adjusted directly on the handle using a variable speed control with two speed settings . Select a lower speed in ECO mode (level 1) , for example, for simpler tasks such as trimming lawn edges. This reduces energy consumption and extends battery runtime . For more demanding tasks, such as mowing dense grass, you can use the STIHL FSA 70 R at full speed by simply switching to level 2 using the slide switch. The speed automatically adjusts to the attached cutting attachment and is infinitely variable . Furthermore, the intelligent electronics ensure that the FSA 70 R operates at consistently high, full power regardless of the battery's charge level.
The compact design of the well-balanced STIHL FSA 70 R and the loop handle with soft grip component support flexible working with plenty of freedom of movement when mowing between trees and bushes and in other tight spaces . The tool-free interchangeable STIHL PolyCut 12-2 trimmer head with plastic blades is also available as an optional accessory. The convenient hanging loop allows you to hang the STIHL FSA 70 R on the wall.
