It impresses with its combination of good cutting performance and low weight, making it perfect for mowing medium-height grass, trimming hard-to-reach areas, and cutting lawn edges . The STIHL FSA 110 R offers exceptional convenience thanks to the Rapid Click System , which allows you to easily and quickly remove the cutting head at the touch of a button. Advanced EasySpool makes rewinding the cutting head with line a breeze, even when holding it in your hand .
The brushless EC motor can be controlled directly on the handle via a variable speed control with two speed settings . For simpler tasks such as trimming lawn edges, select a lower speed in ECO mode (level 1) . This reduces energy consumption and extends battery runtime . For more demanding tasks, such as mowing dense grass, you can use the STIHL FSA 110 R at full speed by simply switching to level 2 using the slide switch. The speed automatically adjusts to the attached cutting attachment and is infinitely variable . Furthermore, the intelligent electronics ensure that the FSA 110 R operates at consistently high, full power regardless of the battery's charge level.
Compact and well-balanced , the STIHL FSA 110 R , with its loop handle featuring a soft grip, allows for flexible work with plenty of freedom of movement . The STIHL FSA 110 R comes standard with the tool-free interchangeable STIHL AutoCut C 12-2 line trimmer head. For mowing, we recommend using the 2.4 mm diameter round trimmer line. The tool-free interchangeable STIHL PolyCut 12-2 trimmer head with plastic blades is also available as an optional accessory. The convenient hanging loop allows you to hang the STIHL FSA 110 R on the wall.
All battery-powered tools within the STIHL AP system are designed for regular professional use, even in adverse weather conditions. Therefore, they feature certified splash protection. The effectiveness of this protection is verified through rigorous internal testing. The splash test is based, among other things, on the IPX4 standard.
