The high-performance STIHL TSA 500 B cordless cut-off saw from the STIHL AP system is powered by two STIHL AP 500 S batteries. It is versatile and ideally suited for professionals in landscaping, construction, and emergency services, including fire departments. It reliably cuts and severs a wide variety of materials such as steel, concrete, brick, and natural stone. Thanks to its emission-free operation, the TSA 500 B cordless cut-off saw can also be used indoors.

The powerful EC motor operates virtually wear-free and quietly, characterized by smooth running and low vibration. Furthermore, the electronic control ensures that the TSA 500 B delivers optimal performance throughout the entire battery runtime. To protect the motor from metal dust and particles and to ensure a long service life, the cordless cut-off saw is equipped with the STIHL Magnetic Filter. This filter is easy to clean, even after frequent cutting of steel.

The STIHL TSA 500 B is easy to handle: Thanks to the ergonomically optimized operating handle with digital control unit, ADVANCE PLUS module with integrated STIHL Smart Connector for integration into the STIHL Connected device management system and LED display, you have all operating elements comfortably in your hand.

The ergonomic handles and rigid construction of the TSA 500 B allow for precise guidance during positioning and cutting. The TSA 500 B is designed for 350 mm cutting discs and achieves a maximum cutting depth of 125 mm. Various cutting discs, such as diamond discs, are available as accessories for angle grinders, suitable for different applications. When purchasing cutting discs, ensure you select the correct size for your angle grinder and that the discs are suitable for the materials you intend to cut.

Another advantage of the STIHL TSA 500 B cordless cut-off saw is its coasting brake with recuperation function. It slows the cutting disc within seconds, allowing you to resume work almost immediately. During braking, the kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy and fed back into the battery. The standard water connection allows for efficient dust suppression both indoors and outdoors, enabling efficient work with minimal strain.

The adjustable magnesium guard with integrated water channel protects during operation. It channels dirt away effectively while simultaneously providing excellent visibility of the cutting disc.

All battery-powered tools within the STIHL AP system are designed for regular professional use, even under adverse weather conditions. Therefore, they feature tested splash protection. The effectiveness of this protection is verified through rigorous internal testing. The splash test is based, among other things, on the IPX4 standard. The STIHL TSA 500 B cordless cut-off saw has had its splash protection, already proven in internal tests, additionally certified to IPX4 protection class.
