The STIHL FSA 120 R cordless brushcutter impresses with its power and high efficiency, making it ideal for professionals in garden and landscape maintenance as well as demanding private tasks . The brushcutter is so quiet that you can work without hearing protection , even in noise-sensitive areas such as around schools, hospitals, or in city parks.
Thanks to the wraparound handle, you have maximum flexibility when mowing on slopes or uneven terrain . The compact design allows for excellent maneuverability between trees and bushes and in other tight spaces . The wraparound handle can be easily adjusted to your height using the quick-release system , ensuring an ergonomic working posture at all times. The step limiter is also quick and easy to attach and detach.
A variable speed control with two speed settings, located directly on the handle, allows you to adjust the speed of the powerful EC motor . In ECO mode (level 1), you operate at lower speeds, for example, for lighter tasks. The reduced energy consumption extends battery life . When you need full speed for mowing brush and dense grass, simply switch to level 2 using the slide switch. Depending on the application, you can also adjust the speed continuously .
This brushcutter comes standard with a STIHL AutoCut 27-2 cutting head, which ensures precise and clean trimming work when cutting lawn edges, around trees, or on steps. Depending on the application, you can use a wide range of optional cutting heads and attachments. The standard STIHL harness further supports comfortable and safe operation. It attaches easily to the convenient hanging loop , which can be adjusted to your height without tools. The practical hanging loop also makes storing the FSA 120 R battery-powered brushcutter easy.
All battery-powered tools within the STIHL AP system are designed for professional applications and daily use, even in adverse weather conditions. Therefore, they feature certified splash protection. The effectiveness of this protection is verified through rigorous internal testing. The splash test is based, among other things, on the IPX4 standard.
